At least 16 people died Friday when a grate over a ventilation shaft collapsed at an outdoor concert in Seongnam, South Korea, according to a government accident response task force.The dead were among an unknown number of people who fell some 20 meters (about 66 feet) into a parking structure, the interagency task force formed to respond to the situation said in a news release.
